Once you're on tour, you can easily contact your Tour Director through the EF Adventures mobile app, either by sending them a direct message or messaging the whole group. For example, you can send a private message when you land if you need help finding your EF Adventures representative and driver at the airport. Throughout your journey, feel free to reach out to them via the app for any questions that arise. If you have a question that could benefit the whole group, send a message in the group-wide chat—this is where most group conversations take place!

How to contact your Tour Director in the app:
- Using a smartphone or tablet, open the EF Adventures mobile app.
- Log in to your account (if you’re not already logged in).
- At the bottom of your screen, select the "Chat" page (represented by the chat bubble icon).
- To message your Tour Director privately or the whole group (including your Tour Director):
- To message only your Tour Director: Select "New chat" in the top right corner. Choose the name of your tour, then find and select your Tour Director’s name. Finally, select "Start" in the top right corner to begin your private chat.
- To message your whole group: On the "Chat" homepage, you should see an existing conversation titled with your tour’s name and date. Select this to message the entire group.
Contacting your Tour Director before departure
Some Tour Directors may post group-wide updates or an introductory message in the EF Adventures mobile app a few days before departure. However, not every Tour Director messages pre-tour, as many are leading back-to-back trips. Our Tour Directors dedicate themselves fully to each trip, so they also take well-deserved rest between tours.
