After booking a tour, it's important to update your online account or mobile app with your passport or government-issued ID details (whichever document you'll be using for your tour). We require this information to book flights and reserve certain aspects of your itinerary.
How to submit passport information from your mobile app
- Using a smartphone or tablet, access the EF Adventures mobile app. Learn how to download the EF Adventures App
- Log in to your account (unless you're already logged in). Learn how to log in to the EF Adventures App.
- Look at the bottom of your screen and make sure you're on the "Tours" page
- Select your upcoming tour
- Select "Traveler details" located under "Tour details"
- If there's more than one traveler on your reservation, select the name of the traveler you'd like to add traveler details for
- First, select "Add" next to "Name & birthdate." Enter your information, then check off the box to verify your details have been entered correctly and select "Submit"
- Enter your name exactly how it appears on your passport or government-issued ID that you'll be traveling with
- Lastly, select "Add" next to "Passport information." Enter your passport details and select "Submit."

How to submit passport information in your online account

- Select "Traveler details"
- Select "Add" (or "View") under "Travel documents" corresponding to the traveler you want to add details for
- First, enter your "Name & birthdate" information, check off the box to verify your details have been entered correctly, then select "Submit". Enter your name exactly how it appears on your passport or government-issued ID that you'll be traveling with
- Lastly, add your "Passport" details and select "Submit."
Changing your passport information
You can make changes to your passport number, issue date and expiration date in your online account or mobile app up until a month before your tour. If you need to make changes closer to tour, you'll be prompted to give us call. It's never possible to update your name & birthdate from your account once it's been submitted, so if that information needs to be changed please call us.
