This article is intended for travelers who are already enrolled in AutoPay, but need to make one of the following changes:
- Change bi-weekly or monthly payment date
- Update payment information
- Cancel AutoPay plan and default to the Manual Payment Plan
Please note that if you need to make changes to an upcoming automatic payment, you must do so at least two business days before the payment is scheduled to be processed. After this deadline, it's not possible to cancel or move a payment.
How to make changes to your AutoPay plan
- Log in to your online account using a computer, tablet, or smartphone. Learn how to log in to your online account
- Select your upcoming tour
- Select "Payments & invoice"
- Select "Manage plan" located to the right of the number of remaining payments
- Select "Cancel AutoPay plan"
- To change the account or payment date for your automatic payments, you should set up a new AutoPay plan using your updated details. Learn how to set up AutoPay.
