Viewing payment details in your online account
- Log in to your online account using a computer, tablet, or smartphone. Learn how to log in to your online account
- Select your upcoming tour
- Select "Payments & invoice"
- Here you can view your current balance and payment due date. You can also download your tour's invoice and view your tour's payment history.
Viewing payment details in your mobile app
- Using a smartphone or tablet, access the EF Adventures mobile app. Learn how to download the EF Adventures app
- Log in to your account (unless you're already logged in). Learn how to log in to the EF Adventures app
- Look at the bottom of your screen and make sure you're on the "Tours" page
- Select your upcoming tour
- Select "Payments & invoice" located under "Tour details"
- Here you can view your current balance and payment due date. You can also download your tour's invoice and view your tour's payment history.
