What if I don't receive my departure mailing before I leave for tour?
The departure mailing is not essential to have to participate in your tour. All tour information is posted in your online account and mobile app.
Please note that we are unable to resend departure mailings at this time, so be sure to confirm we have the most up-to-date mailing address on file for you by confirming your mailing address.
