The EF Adventures tour evaluation can be completed in your mobile app or online account starting two days before the end of your tour and up until seven days after you return home. After that, the evaluation section will be removed from your account. (If your evaluation is still available in your account, learn how to complete your tour evaluation here.)
If your evaluation is no longer available online, you can still share your feedback by reaching out to our Customer Loyalty & Engagement team.
In your message, please include the name and date of your tour, and answer the following questions:
- How was your arrival day experience?
- Please provide feedback about your experience on tour.
- What was your favorite part of the tour?
- Were there any parts of the tour that didn’t meet or exceed your expectations? If so, please explain.
- How was your experience with EF Adventures staff before departure?
- Is there any additional feedback you’d like to share with EF Adventures?
