How to view your daily itinerary
From the moment you book a tour, you can view your day-by-day itinerary in your online account or mobile app. (Learn how to access your online account and mobile app.)
Once you're logged in, select your upcoming tour and navigate to the "Itinerary" tab of your Tour Details.
Here you can review each day of your itinerary, the physical activity level and the excursions offered that can be added to enhance your on-tour experience. Your Tour Director will provide a more detailed daily breakdown of your itinerary once you're on tour.
Itinerary changes
While we aim to follow the itinerary as listed, changes may occasionally be necessary due to:
- Supplier availability
- Operational adjustments
- Weather or local conditions
If any adjustments are needed:
- We’ll notify you before departure when possible
- Your Tour Director will explain any changes during the tour
Timing of activities
We're unable to provide the exact, hourly timing of your daily itinerary before departure, as this can vary by tour depending on:
- Entrance or reservation availability
- Seasonal factors
- Traffic, weather, or unexpected circumstances
Your Tour Director will provide an hour by hour daily schedule while on tour and can answer specific questions about the timing of activities. Your Tour Director is a local expert and will be happy to offer recommendations for free time.
Independent plans
Want to explore independently? Most itineraries will have a balance of planned activities and free time, giving you the flexibility to enjoy the destination at your own pace.
If you’re planning ahead and booking tickets in advance, we recommend choosing a company with flexible rebooking or cancellation policies in case we need to adjust the schedule. And remember, even our included activities are optional, so you can always choose how you want to experience each day.
