Optional excursions may be canceled before departure due to reasons like low enrollment, unexpected closures, or changes in supplier availability.
When an excursion must be canceled pre-tour, we'll email the travelers who signed up for it. The canceled excursion will be automatically removed from your account and invoice, and a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. If you still haven't received your refund 2 to 3 weeks after being notified about an excursion cancellation, please submit a request so we can assist you.
