Food allergies, needs, or preferences shouldn’t keep you from seeing the world. Notify us of any dietary restrictions when you book, or afterward in your online account or mobile app under the "Health notes" section. You should provide us with this information no later than one month before your tour, but the sooner the better. We’ll make sure that your Tour Director knows and can provide options for you. Learn how to update your health notes.
Under the Dietary section of your health notes, you'll be asked to select "No" or "Yes" under the question "Do you have any dietary restrictions?" To add your dietary information, select "Yes." Then, a text box will appear so you can describe your dietary requirements. Please provide a detailed and specific answer so we can best accommodate you. It's especially important for us to know if you have an allergy or if something is a dietary preference but isn't health-threatening.
Here are some examples of how to fill out your dietary needs:
- I'm severely allergic to peanuts and all shellfish
- I don't eat pork due to religious beliefs, but I eat all other meat and fish.
- I'm a pescatarian. I don't eat meat and poultry, but I do eat fish, milk products and eggs.
- I don't eat tomatoes and mushrooms, because I don't like how they taste.
Please note: While we work hard with our restaurant suppliers to accommodate all meal requests on tour, zero cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed. It is a challenge for a restaurant to guarantee zero cross-contamination as with shared kitchens allergens can easily transfer through airborne flour, shared fryers, utensils, etc.
