When you add our airfare package, we’ll take care of selecting your flights and planning all the logistics for you. There's no need to choose your own itinerary, since we have an in-house Flights Team that’s 100% dedicated to finding the best itinerary to get you to and from tour.
When airlines release their schedules, about a year out from your tour’s departure date, our Flights Team starts looking into options. (Thanks to the EF global network and our partnerships with top airlines, there may be multiple to choose from.) We prioritize quality, safety, and tour requirements when selecting round-trip flights from your departure city. You'll be booked on the itinerary that meets those requirements.
If you have flight preferences or requests, please let us know when you book your tour or by submitting a flight request below. Keep in mind that additional costs may apply. If we don't hear from you, we'll select the most convenient option from your departure city and post your flight itinerary in your online account and mobile app between 85 and 60 days before your trip.
If you're traveling with a group, please communicate your preferences to your Group Coordinator and they'll work with EF Adventures to secure your requests. All Group Coordinator preferences must be submitted six months before departure.

We do our best to accommodate requests received by the Tour Finalization Date. This date can be found in your online account and mobile app. We aim to respond to requests within 3 to 5 business days, but this may vary depending on the volume of incoming requests and how far out a tour is.
