Before jetting off on your international adventures, we strongly recommend consulting with your cell phone provider regarding their international coverage plans to stay connected while abroad. Understanding how your phone will function in different countries, including potential roaming charges and data usage, can prevent unexpected charges upon your return.
Wi-Fi access
Alternatively, most hotels offer Wi-Fi access, offering another means of staying connected while on tour. If you don't plan to use an international phone plan while abroad, we strongly recommend activating airplane mode on your cell phone before your international flight. You can still connect to Wi-Fi in airplane mode, while avoiding accidental roaming charges.
