Reviewing policy details
For a full and detailed explanation of insurance benefits, provisions, and exclusions from which claims are processed and coverage determinations made, please refer to the official plan document available at Risk Strategies Travel.
To find your insurance details including certificate number, policy ID, and coverage dates please follow the steps below:
- Open the EF Adventures app and navigate to your tour page.
- Scroll down until you see the Travel Protection section.
- Under your name, tap View Letter to open your Proof of Insurance Letter.

Filing an insurance claim
Please note for any insurance claim related questions, it is best to contact the insurance provider directly using the resources and contact information below:
