This article contains step-by-step instructions on how to apply for the Thailand Digital Arrival Card.

What you need
To enter Thailand, all U.S. and Canadian passport holders must fill out an arrival card. You will need your hotel information (learn how to find your hotel details) and your flight information in and out of Thailand.
When to apply
You can start applying for the arrival card within 3 days prior to your arrival in Thailand. You will need access to the internet to apply.
How to apply
While our team is dedicated to keeping visa information up to date, please be aware that consulate applications are subject to change. As a result, your application may differ slightly from this guide. In such cases, use this guide as a reference, but follow your application’s instructions.
Walkthrough:
Please use the official government link for submission: https://tdac.immigration.go.th and select “Arrival Card”. Please ensure that only the boxes indicated with a red asterisk * are filled out.
Fill out the personal information on your passport and continue scrolling through the page.
Fill out the personal information boxes, do not fill out “Visa no.” Click “Continue.”
Select your date of arrival into Thailand, note this may not be the same date as your departure from the United States/Canada. Please view your itinerary and flight details for the arrival date. The country where you boarded is the country the flight into Thailand is originating from. All tours arrive by Air via commercial flight and please add the arrival flight information. Purpose of travel is Holiday.
The departure flight information is NOT required to be filled out.
Please include the first hotel on your tour. All tours fly into Bangkok, which is the Province section. District, Area and Sub-District, Sub-Area may not be provided on the hotel list. You may have to Google the hotel name to obtain the extended GPS address and use the drop-down options in the boxes to find the match from the GPS address. Click “Continue.”
Indicate all countries you have visited in the 2 weeks before arrival into Thailand, including those traveled to independently. Select “Preview”
Review the information you have inputted to ensure it is correct. Add your email address to the box at the bottom of the form so a confirmation email is sent. Accept the Terms and Conditions and press “Submit.”
You will receive acknowledgement of the form submission. Present the acknowledgement email and your passport upon arrival at customs and immigration in Bangkok.
