Every tour invloves some sort of physical activity, whether it’s biking through the coutryside. hiking through the Alps or whitewater rafting down a river in Slovenia.. That’s why each of our tours is assigned a physical activity level: Lesiurely, Moderate, Intermediate, Challenging, or Advanced. These ratings give you a better sense of what to expect based on your itinerary.
We've categorized our trips into five physical activity levels, ranging from Leisurely to Advanced, based on the distance, elevation, terrain, and general intensity of included activities. That way you can choose the adventure that matches your fitness level and preferences. We know every traveler is unique, so you have the flexibility to tailor your day to suit your energy and interests—opt out of a bike ride to explore a village or get a massage, pick an e-bike for your tour, or cut a hike short when you need a break.

You can find your tour’s activity level on its page on our website. Just click the activity level (for example, “Moderate”) to read the full description. If you’re already booked, you’ll also find this information under Health Notes in your online account or mobile app.

What each activity level means
Leisurely
You're drawn to the great outdoors but prefer a gentle pace. You might be new to active adventures or simply enjoy taking your time to soak in the scenery. You’ll relish easy-going activities and picturesque landscapes without pushing your physical limits.
